History
My name is Jeffrey Monroe and I started JMO Custom Furniture because I enjoy designing and making custom one of a kind furniture. I have been doing woodworking on and off for over 15 years. Although, there was a time when I wasn’t doing much with woodworking. As my three children were growing up and involved in travel sports, there wasn’t much time left. Now that my children are all grown up, I fell back into woodworking. I have regained the passion that started me down this road in the first place. I envision woodworking well into my retirement years. Presently, I am a design engineer. I have been doing this job for over 30 years. As an engineer, I am required to design and modify, so designing something custom is in my DNA. Process
The first thing we must decide is what are you looking for. Do you want a custom piece of furniture like a table, desk, or dresser? Do you a want sign or clock? What species of wood do you want or do you prefer something painted? After these details are decided, I will begin the 3D model process to help lock in the exact dimensions and style you are looking for.
Once all is agreed, I will start the build process. Updated build pictures will be provided at certain milestones. When completed, pictures will be sent for final approval. If you would like to see the finished piece in person, by all means. The last step is when you take receipt of the piece. I can deliver or you may pick up, whatever is most convenient for you. 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If whatever reason the final piece doesn't meet you expectations, there is no obilation. Any payments made to this point, will be refunded in full.
